Your early college high school experience will be rigorous, rewarding, and yes—fun! Upon graduating from NOVA Academy, you will have saved both time and money by earning transferable college credit—for FREE. Along the way, you will have opportunities to participate in activities, field trips, and events that will ensure your time at NOVA Academy is educational, inspiring, and memorable.
Through NOVA Academy’s College Opportunity Program, students begin taking college courses as early as 9th grade. NOVA Academy covers the cost of tuition, books, and fees so our students may enroll in these courses free of charge. Transportation to College of the Desert is provided as part of our students’ high school and college experience during the school day. Students may also take college courses facilitated by University of California, Irvine, on our campus.
Students at NOVA Academy choose college pathways and classes that align with their personal passions and career interests. These include, but are not limited to, a variety of professional fields in science, technology, engineering, art, and math. This saves students both time and money, allowing many NOVA graduates to begin college as sophomores!
I came to NOVA Academy because a lot of my family has graduated from here. I am happy that I get to experience all that NOVA has to offer, like their family and college classes.
I appreciate the college courses we are given and the guidance we get from staff. I enjoy that we are ONE BIG FAMILY.
NOVA Academy is a safe place for kids. Free of drugs and violence. Teachers and staff are very professional with everyone. We are glad to have our son completing high school at NOVA.
I enjoy attending NOVA Academy because of the small campus, the student climate, and the college classes they have to offer as part of their dual enrollment through College of the Desert and UCI.
Family has been my favorite experience at NOVA Academy. I get to spend time every day with the classmates I am going to graduate with. We get to grow and learn together
NOVA is the best charter high school in the Valley. They have the most interactive teachers and staff. They are most attentive to parents and students. Their Parent University is second to none.
