This month, we are pleased to welcome Blue Zones Project as our guest speakers. Blue Zones Project is a new nonprofit in the Coachella Valley focused on improving community well-being and longevity. During the presentation, Blue Zones representatives will share how their initiative promotes healthier living through strong social connections, plant-based eating, active lifestyles, and environments that support overall well-being. They will also discuss the positive impact this work is expected to have in the Coachella Valley, including lower rates of chronic disease, improved community health, and stronger connections among residents.

Food and beverages will be provided for all attendees.
