Our Mission

NOVA Academy will inspire, educate, and prepare all students to be successful in college, career, and in life.

Since 2010, NOVA Academy Early College High School in Coachella, CA, has provided a rigorous yet nurturing learning environment, giving students the unique opportunity to earn college credits while completing high school. Founded on the belief that education opens a door to hope and the development of strong leaders, NOVA Academy offers an individualized approach to helping youth succeed. Our WASC-accredited programs feature academic and personal support designed to equip students for a seamless transition to college.

NOVA Academy has been recognized as a Best High School by U.S. News & World Report annually since 2020. A tuition-free public charter school, NOVA Academy instills a culture of college readiness while sustaining nearly a 100% graduation rate each year.

Our Values

Family
NOVA faculty and staff believe in creating a friendly, family environment to help ensure every student feels a sense of belonging and personal support. Students even participate in a class called “Family,” which other schools have replicated.
