For example, WASC accreditation validates the integrity of NOVA’s programs and UCOP approval of NOVA’s core courses supports our students’ admission into UC schools and other colleges. This diligence results in a proven record of academic excellence that promotes our students’ success, now and into the future.

*In 2023, Stanford University’s Center for Research on Education Outcomes (CREDO), one of the most respected and prestigious research entities in the U.S., recognized NOVA Academy as one of just 32 charter schools in the state that met CREDO’s “gap-busting” criteria for reducing opportunity gaps and proving that California charter schools are outperforming traditional public schools. CREDO’s recognition upholds NOVA Academy’s belief that all students can succeed through a holistic approach to education that centers on the development of their individual social, emotional, intellectual, and physical well-being.
